Give me access to your Google or Meta account. You get a 20 minute video walking through what is broken, in the order it is costing you money, plus a written summary you can hand to whoever runs your ads.
If you do not think it was worth £500, tell me and I refund it. No argument.
Who is doing it
I am Robbie Crooks. Six years running paid media and ecommerce, on budgets from £1,000 a month up to £200,000 a month. Same job either way. The small accounts are usually the ones with the most obvious money on the floor, because nobody senior has ever looked at them.
One account · two six month windows
16x return,
held every month
I picked this account up at just over £1,000 a month in ad spend. Six months on it is doing £1.87M in sales. The monthly budget roughly tripled across that period and the return stayed at 16x the whole way, month after month.
That is the bit that matters. Anyone can buy a good month. Holding the number while the budget climbs only happens if the account structure and the tracking are right before you touch the spend. That is what the audit tells you.
Live client, anonymised. Dashboard screenshots and a reference on request.

Within 48 hours of you granting access. Not three weeks of onboarding.
A 20 minute screen recording
Me inside your account, talking through what I am looking at. Not a PDF template with your logo dropped on it. You will hear exactly why each thing is a problem.
A written summary, priority ordered
Every issue found, ranked by what it is costing you. Fix number one first. You can forward it to your agency or freelancer without editing it.
The tracking check nobody does
Whether your conversions are actually counting what you think they count. Broken tracking is the single most common reason an account looks fine and the bank account does not.
A 30 minute call to go through it
Ask me anything about what I found. Bring whoever runs the account. No pitch on this call.
The honest bit
Sometimes the answer is that your account is fine and the problem is your product page, your margins or your price. If that is what I find, that is what I will tell you. You still get the audit and I still expect you to think it was worth £500. If you do not, I refund it.
This is you
This is not you
Why not an agency
An agency sells you a senior person in the pitch and gives you a junior once you sign. Here the person who runs the audit is the person who found the problem, and you deal with him directly.
I will also tell you when paid media is not your problem. An agency has no reason to say that to you.
Then tell me and I refund the £500. I would rather lose the fee than have you tell people it was a waste of money.
Read only access to your Google Ads or Meta Ads account, and to Google Analytics if you have it. I cannot change anything, spend anything or pause anything. You remove the access the day the audit lands if you want to.
No contract, no retainer, no notice period. £500, you get the audit, we are done. If you want me to fix what I found I will quote you for that separately and you can ignore it.
Not from me. You can grant read only access without telling anyone, and the audit is written so you can share it or not. Plenty of people use it as a second opinion before a difficult conversation.
48 hours from the moment access works, not 48 hours from you filling the form. The clock starts when I can see the account. I reply to the form within one working day.
Up front, by invoice, before I start. It is £500 and the refund promise covers you. Nothing recurring is set up.
Three fields, plus your site if you have it handy. I reply within one working day with the invoice and exactly what access I need.
